Features The fleet

A hundred screens, one afternoon

The cost of signage is not the screens. It is walking to them — and a estate that takes a morning to update is an estate that stops being updated.

Design once, assign anywhere

A scene belongs to the account rather than to a screen, so the same layout can be assigned to one wall or to every wall in the building. Change it once and the whole estate follows within seconds.

Scenes are re-flowed for the shape of the screen showing them, so a portrait pillar and a landscape reception wall can share one design.

  • One scene, any number of screens
  • Per-screen scheduling on top of the shared design
  • Changes reach every screen without anyone visiting them

Knowing which one is broken

The fleet view lists every screen with its status, the version it is running and when it was last heard from. Identify flashes a name on the glass so you can tell which of four identical panels you are looking at, and reload pushes an update without a ladder.

Diagnostics can be fetched from a screen — its resolution, its graphics stack, its recent errors and whether it can reach us — so the first question in a support call has an answer before anybody drives anywhere.

Where people use it

A campus

Wayfinding in every building, updated centrally when a department moves.

A chain

The same promotion on every site at nine on Monday, without a phone call to each manager.

Questions

How many screens can one account manage?

Business plans run from five to 250. Beyond that, or for an estate that cannot use a cloud tenancy at all, talk to us about Sovereign.

Can different sites have different content?

Yes. Scenes are assigned per screen, so sharing a design is a choice rather than a constraint.

What happens to a screen that is switched off?

It shows as offline, and collects whatever changed as soon as it comes back.
